Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Topbrainer platform, including creating and consuming Community, Insider, and Premium content.

You must be at least 12 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading, you grant Topbrainer a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and distribute it. Learners may only access content according to its tier (Community / Insider / Premium).

• Insider content: Requires an active subscription. Creators receive exactly $1 USD per enrollment.
• Premium content: One-time purchase. Topbrainer takes 15% platform fee; creators receive 85%.
• Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe (minimum $10 balance).
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the creator. Refunds are at the creator's discretion.

You may not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account at any time.

Topbrainer is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of any content created by users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during the instructor registration process, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Top Brainer for account authentication, identity verification, and security purposes, including one-time passcodes (OTPs) and account verification codes. Top Brainer does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and authentication requests. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@topbrainer.com. By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll that number. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. By opting in, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
